Uninersal Clamping Machine

Features :
This machine can be applied to sizing and steam - plating processing of some parts of clothes made of wool, synthetic fiber and cotton etc. such as trouser legs and wanst of trousers.  It is easy to maintain and repair.  Suitable for small and mediun-sized clothing factories.

Operation Instruction :
Put the clothes on the working place of the lower mold and treadle on the lower - left foot pedal so that the lower mold will exhaust the air immediately and suck trouser legs (or waist of
trousers).  
After the clothes are spread flat, put down the upper mold either by hands or middle feet.(Loose the off - gas foot pedal at once when two molds meet).  
Then operate the air jet valve by hand and after that, treadle on the left off -gas foot pedle for about 2-3minutes, or treadle on steam -spraying pldal and operate release gear by hand. Reset the machine at last.

Attention
After one day's ironing work, the followings should be done :
shut the steam intake valve and open the by -pass valve of steam trap
